The Customer Success Manager is responsible for working with new and existing customers
to ensure that they learn the use of, properly deploy and are successful in implementing
QQ Solutions’ technology products and services to grow their businesses and improve
their operations. Via telephone, webinars, Web meetings, seminars and customer visits,
you will train customers and provide on-going support for their use of our solutions.
Product Manager

QQ Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager with demonstrated success
in the product management of software products. This position is responsible for
product definition and for developing strategies and initiatives to successfully
take QQ Solutions’ SaaS products to market in the insurance technology marketplace.
The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and
market trends, business cases, establishing new product marketing strategies, creating
user stories for new product features, competitive analysis, product positioning,
pricing and tracking key product line metrics. The Product Manager will be initiating
primary research and obtaining field intelligence to analyze and develop successful
go-to-market initiatives that drive product line growth. This position reports to
the Director of Product Management and will work closely with sales, marketing,
software development and product support.
Senior Sales Executive / Software Sales

The Senior Sales Executive’s responsibilities include but are not limited to making
75 outbound calls per day and to meet or exceed the goals set by the Director of
National Sales. You will be offering and selling software solutions to Insurance
agencies in a defined geographical territory. In addition, you will strive to delight
customers and be a team player.
Product Support Specialist

QQ Solutions has an immediate need for a motivated individual to join our Product
Support Team. The successful candidate will be a part of a highly skilled team responsible
for both technical support and customer satisfaction in a fast paced Call Center
Support environment. You will join a team of proactive, passionate Technical Support
oriented individuals. Candidates should be eager to take on the challenges of working
in a constantly changing environment.
Under direct supervision of the Product Support Manager, the Product Support Representative
shall serve as the primary point of contact for our customers within the Product
Support Team.
Provides end user support for all products. Interacts with customers directly to
resolve customer service inquiries over the phone, Live Chat or through email.
The successful candidate shall have previous knowledge of Technical Support Best
Practices along with a blended balance of Customer Service Skills and Incident tracking
systems.
Must be able to: Multi task and effectively document all interactions at a high
level of detail; follow up on outstanding issues and service incidents; follow TCO
practices; apply knowledge of Software and Systems by adhering to policies and processes
to independently support company Products.
