QQ WebAgent™—your 24/7 agent on the Web™—is our
new customizable consumer portal that easily integrates into your
Web site to enable online shoppers to get live comparative real-time auto insurance
quotes and even buy online. QQ WebAgent provides you with immediate notification
of leads and integrates with QQ WebRater and QQ MarketingDashboard.
QQ MarketingDashboard™ manages your leads, reports details
of live quotes provided to shoppers from your Web site using the QQ WebAgent
consumer portal and brings quotes into QQ WebRater to complete

QQ WebSites™ is our newest software as a service (SaaS) Web
application that makes building, hosting and maintaining professional insurance
agency Web sites easy and cost effective. It empowers agencies with
the ability to launch a Web site in as little as 24 hours and eliminates the costs
and time required for custom design, hosting and maintenance.

16,000 users, using at least one of our products.

- The databases in our clustered Microsoft SQL servers currently contain over 8.5
million client records, 27 million policies, and 20 million images and scanned documents

carriers through our real-time comparative
