About the Customer Service Folks at QQSolutions

At QQSolutions, our Customer Service team includes Product Support Reps (PSRs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). So, what’s a Customer Success Manager and how does he/she fit into Customer Service at QQSolutions? How does their role differ from our Product Support Representatives?

CSMs are our insurance agency experts. Each CSM is a licensed insurance agent. They take over after the sale is made to support our customers through every step of the on boarding and implementation process. Our CSMs teach scheduled, public training classes about QQSolutions products. Check out these classes. If you have questions that require an insurance agent’s perspective, CSMs are the way to go. You can reach a CSM by sending an email to training@qqsolutions.com. They will consult with you about how to use our products most effectively. If you are familiar with an Apple Store, the CSMs are our insurance “Genius Bar” experts and they do work by appointment most of the time.

PSRs, on the other hand, provide immediate assistance and they come primarily from a technical background. If you need help emailing, logging into your product, getting access to images, downloading from carriers, scanning, bridging to carrier websites, creating a simple report or producing a letter, adding signatures, getting help with passwords, or you just have one or two things you’d like to know how to do, call our toll-free hotline at 1.877.809.2509.
