When will my account be active?
Once your account is active, you will receive a "Welcome" email at the
email address you provided when you signed up for the QQ Solutions service. Your
account will be active when you receive this email.
How do the monies work?
QQ Solutions requires $100 to open your MVR account. In order to prevent service
interruptions, once the balance drops below $100 (the threshold), we will replenish
your account with an additional $100. If your agency accesses a large amount of
MVRs, you may change the default values listed above by contacting QQ Solutions
and requesting a new default threshold and withdrawal amount. If your agency requires
an excessive amount of account replenishments, QQ Solutions reserves the right to
increase your threshold and withdrawal amounts to ensure your agency does not run
out of funds.
Why can't I just be billed at the end of the month?
The Department of Motor Vehicles requires that QQ Solutions pay for all MVRs the
very next morning. The State withdraws the funds electronically. Due to the high
volume of MVR access through our account we require all agents to maintain an MVR
account.
How long is an MVR valid?
MVRs are saved, along with your quote, and are valid for 30 days.
