Our Culture is Part of Our Products’ Success

There is no denying it, I love working at QQSolutions.  Why?  Because team work reigns.  Because we are always celebrating something.  Because there is plenty of diversity.  Because people collaborate.  What’s more, managers are supportive; they encourage leadership and development for every employee who desires career advancement.  QQ is made of people who work hard and are fully invested in the products we make.

 

When employees work in a positive environment, they do good work.  Our CEO Mark Malis knows this very well.  We have to closely watch our diet around here; he often treats employees to food and fun events.  For example, every Friday we get breakfast.  Once a month, we get a pizza party.  And when Sales breaks a record, which has been happening very often lately, we all get free lunch!

 

Mark also rewards good work.  Product Development worked long hours to make QQCatalyst 3.0 the best agency management system we could possibly release.  They put their heart into its development and it shows; our customers are raving about it.  Our engineers deserve the afternoon of video gaming they recently got.  The perfect reward for them, right?

 

And our incredible Product Support team is not left behind.  This team consistently delivers world-class service.  Our customers let us know.  For the last 3 consecutive years, our customer satisfaction rate has remained above 90%.  We are all so proud of them!  They too deserve the day at the beach [indoors] they recently got with lunch and tropical drinks (also known as fruit juice) included.

 

“Work hard and be nice to people.”  That is the theme of our culture.  And for over 25 years, it has made us a leading provider of agency management systems. I can attest to what is stated in our company’s value statement – we value our market position and care about how we are perceived in the eyes of all stakeholders.  We truly strive to provide the best possible products and services because we care about our clients’ needs.

 

And that’s why I’m happy here.  Because when I walk in every morning, I can count on a smile from a peer regardless of their title.  Every day, there are opportunities to make our products and services better.  And when times get tough, we ALL come together and work diligently to delight our customers.
