To make customizing your Dashboard easy, QQ Catalyst organizes its widget library in five categories: Graphs, Learning, Social Media, Tables, and Utilities. While each category presents different types of information, every widget provides a snapshot of important data that is needed day-to-day right on your Dashboard.

Here’s the type of insight you can expect to gain from each widget:
Widget Category: Graphs
Format: Easy-to-read graphs – perfect for top-level overviews.
Example of a Graphical Widget: Active Policies, which displays a graphical breakdown of current policies by type of business.
Widget Category: Learning
Format: Typically videos, which provide tutorials and in-line help on how to best use Catalyst’s features.
Example of a Learning Widget: Dashboard Video, which provides you with an overview of the Dashboard features and how to customize it.
Widget Category: Social Media
Format: Social media feeds from Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter delivered right to your Catalyst Dashboard.
Example of a Social Media Widget: Facebook widget – provides your Facebook feed right on your Dashboard to help you see what’s going on in your clients’ lives.
Widget Category: Tables
Format: Data-driven tables that offer client and/or policy information, based on the criteria you choose. Each one is a live mini report that can be expanded, sorted and more.
Example of a Table Widget: Cross Selling, which highlights account rounding, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities. In other words, existing clients to whom you can potentially sell additional insurance lines.
Widget Category: Utilities
Format: These include tools such as maps, data consumption charts, clocks and other aids.
Example of a Utility Widget: Search, a quick-search widget that allows you to find any contact or policy without leaving your Dashboard.
