2. Support for MMS Messaging

The latest version of Catalyst meets this need in our texting by supporting Multimedia Message attachments like docs, images, videos, and audio. We’ve also updated our texting widget to show more details on attachments, along with the ability to reply without leaving the tab.

This allows agents to place images within the policy holder’s account for easy reference in the future, along with tangible evidence to keep on hand.

3. Text Signatures

The above enhancements serve to make agents more mobile and easier to reach as well. This is aimed at providing better communication options between agents and clients. The final piece of this puzzle comes in the form of unique text signatures for each of the agents. By having the ability to sign the text like you would an email or letter, the client can know exactly who they are communicating with and will therefore trust information more when delivered in this manner.
