At QQ we know security is a top concern for you so it’s a top priority for us. Our solutions are designed to protect you and your data by partnering with Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS). With this service, your data is not only secure but adheres to requirements of the most security sensitive companies.
Data Backups
We perform full backups of all customer data every night and it is stored in a separate, state-of-the-art data center to ensure security. In QQCatalyst, document data is backed up to AWS with the intent of having cloud agnostic duplication. We have data retention and versioning policies on our document data for Evolution and QuickFile that ensures a document is not lost.
Data Safety and Stability
To ensure that only authorized users have access to your data, you can easily assign user rights to manage which employees are able to view certain areas or information inside of QQCatalyst. Additionally you can control each individual users access during pre-determined times, for example you can set a user’s access to only login Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.
